Pearl range

Pearl waterbased ink is printing thrue a 43T mesh and heat cured at 185° for 10sec.
It has a shimmer metalic effect without using metallic powders.
This ink can also be fully cured with our cold cure catalyst without using heat curing equipments.


The cold cure catalyst must be thoroughly mixed with the ink before use. The catalyst is only
effective for 8 hours so only catalyse sufficient ink for use in that period. Cold cure catalyst can be used, 5% is the maximum. Without heat the cold cure catalysed ink will fully cure in 7 days time. Customers should test for
the correct concentration of catalyst in their own printing ink and curing situation.
