Glitter ink

Glitter inks are run through high mesh counts  10t – 24t depending on your artwork design,  you may also have to do several pulls on the squeegee to achieve a full image in glitter. Flash dry in 10 seconds and fully cure at 190 deg c for 25seconds.

If you use 10-15t mesh counts, coat them sevral times with emulsion and extend your exposure time, ie 3 coatings both sides , using  5oo watt halogen at distance of 15 inches  expose for 18 minutes.
