The Evolution Pro Carousel will guarantee accurate registration on multi colour prints. No flexing, movement, or additional side clamps or end clamps required as this printing press has not been welded and has been engineered for accuracy.

Choose from our 2/3/4/5 or 6 colour upgradeable waterbased or plastisol kits. Option to upgrade the Evolution Pro tabletop Carousel to a floor standing carousel will be available at the end of 2011. Total support to our Evolution Pro customers will be offered as you upgrade and progress in screen printing.

5mm powder coated mild steel rotating base plate.
Seald top and bottom centre bearings for smooth rotation. The largest in its class.
Carousel arms are attached to arm gates with mild steel bushes and also a mild steel bolt and locking nut. This prevents any backwards and forwards movements which is essential for CMYK printing. When the arm comes down, it slots into the arm gate and eliminates all movement side to side on the XY axis at the rear of the carousel.
1/4 inch thick aluminium channel prevents any flexing when printing. It slots into the 4 inch registration gate which stops any flexing on the front of the carousel and has 4 x adjustable nylon adjusters for 100% accuracy.
Each arm has its own snap off (aka off contact) height adjuster which enables the printer to individually adjust the height on each arm for the specific inks the the printer is using on that particular arm. This will obtain the finest print on a multi colour design. The only printing carousel in the UK that has this ability.

Has a bar system the length of the clamp which will clamp very large screens allowing no movement and without any damage to your wooden or aluminium screens.
Clamp head can be adjusted up to 30mm off contact in height for printing onto thicker substrates.
When setup with all 6 colours in place, the carousel will hold 6 screens maximum size 24” x 30”.

The Evolution Pro Printing press needs to be bolted to a table/base board through the 6mm holes in the base to stop the press from moving.
Base board/table dimensions required: 36” x 24”, minimum thickness 6mm.
Maximum screen thickness the clamp head will take is 3 inches.

When using the Evolution Pro carousel with just 1 arm intact, 60” distance from wall is required.
Using the 19” x 15” screens an 84” spinning circle is required for a 2/3/4/5/6 colour carousel.
Using the 20” x 24” screens an 90” spinning circle is required for a 2/3/4/5/6 colour carousel.
